I agree to recommend a minimum of two qualifying students to STEM Camp before the May 3rd deadline
I agree to complete a professional development needs assessment while at the workshop
I agree to present information learned at the workshop during one or more middle/high school events (staff meeting, etc.)
I understand that stipends can only be made to individuals that have taken personal/annual leave. It is my responsibility to release such payment to my school if I do not take personal/annual leave.)
